Terms of Service
The rules for using the Pulse Digital Health dashboard.
Last reviewed: 6 October 2026
1. Who we are
Pulse Digital Health Group Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") operates the dashboard at https://dashboard.pulsedigital.health (the "Dashboard") from 123 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9SR, United Kingdom. Contact: info@pulsedigital.health, +44 7471 370 804.
These terms are for the Dashboard only. Our main website at pulsedigital.health has its own terms and privacy policy.
2. What the Dashboard is
The Dashboard is a reviews dashboard for your Google Business Profile. At the moment it covers Google Business Profile reviews. Other tools may be added later, and they would be covered when they launch.
If you connect your Google Business Profile, we can:
- fetch your locations and the reviews on them;
- show them back to you in one place, and refresh them about once a day;
- email you an alert when a review comes in below a star rating you choose. Alerts are sent to your own email address only.
3. Who it is for, and cost
The Dashboard is for clinics, doctors and other healthcare practices that run a Google Business Profile, and the people who manage it for them.
We do not charge for the Dashboard at the moment. If that changes, we will tell you by email before it does.
4. Your account
- You must be 18 or over, and you must have the right to manage the Google Business Profile you connect (you own it, or the owner has authorised you).
- Give us accurate details (name, email, company, contact name and business type) and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us quickly if you think someone else has got in.
- One account per person. Each account is separate: we use access controls so that each account only sees its own data.
- You can sign up with an email and password or, where it is offered, with Sign in with Google. Signing in with Google only tells us who you are. It does not connect your Business Profile (see section 5).
5. Connecting your Google Business Profile
- Connecting is your choice, and it is a separate step from signing in. You can skip it and look around with sample data (made-up reviews, not real ones).
- When you connect, Google shows you exactly what you are allowing. You can stop at any time (see section 8). We only use the access to do what these terms and our Privacy Policy describe.
- We only list locations that your Google account already manages. We never use your access to look up other businesses.
- We do not post replies or change anything on your Google profile on our own. We only do something on your profile when you ask us to, in the Dashboard.
- Google may limit, change or stop access to its data at any time, and your connection can stop working (for example if you remove our access in Google, or you lose your manager role on the listing). If that happens we will show you a clear message and a Reconnect button. We are not responsible for Google's decisions.
- Our use of information we receive from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
6. Using the Dashboard properly
You agree not to:
- connect a Business Profile you do not own or are not authorised to manage;
- try to see, change or collect another user's data, or get around the limits and protections we have in place;
- use scripts or any automated tool to sign up, scrape the Dashboard or put heavy load on it. We limit how many profiles you can connect (currently up to 3) and how often your data refreshes (currently about once a day);
- use the Dashboard to find or collect details about businesses you do not manage, for example for lead generation. Google forbids this too;
- try to use the alert emails to send anything to anyone but yourself. By design the Dashboard only sends alerts to your own confirmed email address, and a limited number each day (currently up to 20);
- post or send anything unlawful, harmful or misleading, or break Google's own rules for Business Profile;
- try to break, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the Dashboard.
7. Your data
- Your data stays yours. The reviews and details you bring in are yours (or the public's reviews of your business). We only use them to run the Dashboard for you.
- You give us permission to fetch, store and show that data to you, and to send you alert emails, so the Dashboard works.
- Pulse Digital Health staff cannot browse your reviews or business data in the Dashboard. They can only see basic usage figures: your name, email, company, when you signed up, when you were last active, whether a profile is connected, how many reviews were synced, and which tools are switched on for you. In the same way, we keep other users' and clients' data out of your view.
Our technical staff and the providers that run the service for us can still reach data at infrastructure level (for example databases, backups and logs). This is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Reviews on Google are written by the public. We show them as Google gives them to us and we do not check them.
8. Disconnecting, closing your account and deleting your data
- You can disconnect Google at any time. You can remove our access yourself in your Google Account settings, under the apps that have access to your account, or ask us to disconnect it by emailing info@pulsedigital.health. When Google access is removed or disconnected, we stop syncing and delete the access key we hold.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@pulsedigital.health. We will delete it within one month. We cancel Google access, and delete your account, your connected profile records, the reviews we stored, your alert rules and email history, and your Google access key. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what may stay in backups for a short time.
9. Suspending or ending an account
We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, if you break these terms, if we think the account is being used to harm the Dashboard or other people, if Google asks us to, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why. You can stop using the Dashboard whenever you like.
10. No promises about Google's data or the service
- The Dashboard shows data that comes from Google. We do not promise it is complete, accurate or up to date. Google can be late, limit what it sends, or change it. Check Google itself for the official record.
- Counts and averages (for example your average star rating) are worked out from the reviews we have received. They may differ from what Google shows.
- We provide the Dashboard on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change, pause or remove features.
- The Dashboard is a tool, not legal, regulatory or medical advice. You stay responsible for how you respond to patients and for following the rules that apply to your practice, for example patient confidentiality in review replies and healthcare advertising rules.
11. Third-party links and tools
The Dashboard relies on other companies, such as Google and our hosting, database and email providers (see our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for their services failing or changing. Your use of Google is also covered by Google's own terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Digital Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Dashboard. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
13. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data, and the cookies the Dashboard uses.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. We will email you about important changes before they take effect. If you keep using the Dashboard after a change, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
